This detached Victorian property has been renovated with the aim to minimise the environmental footprint, and to make the house as self-sufficient as possible.
Attic insulation, draught proofing, solar hotwater, and wall insulation are utilised in the property. Secondary double glazing and double glazed sash windows have made the house feel more comfortable. Solar PV, LED lightbulbs, and a condensing boiler are available to view.
